Defending champion Neeraj Chopra has set the stage for a thrilling final at the Paris Olympics, qualifying with a historic throw of 89.34m.

“I always try to keep myself calm. During the competition, I always focus on my technique and my performance. It is very hard to focus on this especially but I always try to focus on performance,” he said.
